License is granted to use the evaluation version of the Tournament Director software, without charge, for a period of 30 days.  Purchasing a license key for the Tournament Director software is mandatory for use beyond the evaluation period.  Use of the Tournament Director software after the 30 day evaluation period has expired constitutes a violation of this license and of U.S. and International Copyright Laws.  If you decide not to purchase a license key for the Tournament Director software, you must uninstall it and remove all files from your system.

The Tournament Director software may not be redistributed, resold, or used for profit in any way.  For any possible kind of commercial use of the Tournament Director, a commercial license must be obtained from the author.

This software is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
